An Expert on your field

An expert on my field that I think is an awesome person and professional is my teacher and director of career Teresa Matus. I don’t know very much about her life but based on things she said and the internet information, she’s from Concepcion and after she finished school she started to study medicine, but then she realized that she really wanted to help people another way so she quit her medicine studies and started studying Social work. Now she’s one of the best social workers in the country and she has traveled to a lot of countries teaching about the career. She has done a lot of things, first she started working directly as social worker in some offices and now she’s dedicated completely to teaching, investigation and programs.  I like her because I think she’s a really smart woman, she always care about people and she’s very humanitary, always trying to make important changes to help others. Her classes are very inspirational to me and they motivate me to be a good social worker, I really wish one day I could be like her because she’s an example to me. :)

My favorite photograph

My favorite photograph is one from my friend Matias Garrido, he loves to take pictures and he posted it on his Instagram and I like it. It shows a moon on the night with dark branches and a deep blue sky.  I don’t know when it was taking, but it’s not an old picture. I like it because I think it’s mysterious and a little bit terrifying but the moonlight brings some security and hope. I would like to take photos like this but I don’t have any camera but I like seeing landscapes and animals. Sometimes I go to exhibitions with my scout group and we comment about the photos and what they make us feel and which was our favorites. One of the reasons I like this picture is because it’s reminds me the nights of camps with my friends around the wood fire and it makes me feel good and warm.
